a. Intake
- During our initial meeting, we will gather information about you, your concerns, your needs and your hopes and goals, to collaborate in the development of a plan for your improvement.
b. Clinical Assessment.
- In a private interview, you and your clinician will be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, symptoms and behavior patterns. Together you will determine the best clinical treatment plan for you.
c. Counseling Services
- During therapy you will have the opportunity to share your issues, feelings, thoughts, and concerns with a skilled Mental Health Counselor. Your counselor will rely on evidence-based practices integrated with clinical experience as well as incorporating your preferences to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
d. Medication
- For many common types of issues, such as depression and anxiety, numerous clinical studies have shown that the most successfully type of treatment is a combination of both medication and counseling.
